Join these refreshing and inspiring Sunday sessions and begin your week with an uplifted and clear mind. Learn practical methods to overcome problems and develop a calm, happy mind. Each session will include a simple relaxing breathing meditation, a short talk based on the book 'Eight Steps to Happiness' by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, and short prayer.
